N711 - 3000 man. In the middle of the stamp - the emblem produced regarding the 50th Anniversary of the first Europe stamp. On the right of the stamp - the pictures of the first postage stamp on this subject issued in 1956. The color of the stamp is light-green.
N712 - 3000 man. The picture in the middle of the stamp is identical to the stamp N711. The color of the stamp is beige. On the right of the stamp the picture of stamps dedicated to "Europe 1998" issued in 1998.
N713 - 3000 man. The picture in the middle of the stamp is identical to the stamp N711. The color of the stamp is yellow. On the right of the stamp the picture of stamps dedicated to "Europe 2000" issued in 2000.
N714 - 3000 man. The picture in the middle of the stamp is identical to the stamp N711. On the right of the stamp the picture of stamps dedicated to "Europe 2003" issued in 2003. The color of the stamp is pink.

On the souvenir sheet as a symbolic the pictures of carrier pigeon made of paper. On the one of pigeon - the picture of Azerbaijan flag. The color of souvenir sheet is light-green.
N720 - 3000 man. The picture and the color of stamp are identical to stamp 712. The words on souvenir sheet are identical with the souvenir sheet 719. The color of the souvenir sheet is beige.
